For example, you might do something every day, but it might not be worth it.

If you keep doing something every day, it might start to feel like a habit.

And then you will start to feel like you are doing it just to keep yourself from feeling anxious or feeling like you are not doing anything.

That is when the trouble starts.

Now you are in a position where you have to decide whether to keep doing it or not.

If you decide to stop, you will have to find a new way to fill that gap.
